Sugar paper-paint experiment 2

Some concept art for a character from my new uni project, where we have to come up with a proposal to liven up a hospital with art. It can be whatever form we can think of: wall art, animation, installations, anything. I’m designing a guardian-type character that’s meant to be a presence of comfort, protector and a guide. 

This was painted in inks and watercolours on taped-together sugar paper.
